The HRDP grant program was put in place to provide funds to preserve, conserve, interpret, enhance, and educate the public about the historical resources of Iowa.
The grant cycle for 2019 is now open! Apply for grant funding to help preserve newspapers and other historical documents. The Historical Resource Development Program provides funding for historic preservation of documentary materials such as diaries, letters, photographs and newspapers.
