Advantage Information Management Solutions designs document management solutions for a vast range of clients and requirements. Each client’s needs are reviewed and a customized solution is created to provide electronic images of vital documents to the staff members who need instant access to this mission critical information.
Advantage Records Management & Storage is a physical records storage company helping clients manage record files, boxes of documents, and maintain ease of access. Retention schedules are setup by the clients to maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, FACTA, PIPEDA and other regulatory requirements
Advantage Historic Document Preservation focuses exclusively on historical document preservation. Documents including historical newspaper collections, genealogy books and church records are carefully microfilmed for 500-year preservation and/ or digitally reproduced for easy access to content that was previously inaccessible or at risk. We work closely with publishers and libraries to protect and extend the lifespan of historical documents.
